The candidates are thoroughly screened to ascertain their antecedants. The selection procedures include, Test on Aptitude level, General Awareness, Response level to training and Reacting to emergency situations, apart from their academic qualification, character verification and family/social background.
Intensive Training is imparted to all the candidates by experienced Officers, at our `Squad Training Academy (STA)’. The training methods are based on tried and genuine educational practices employed in some of the most demanding security arenas. The special feature of our training programme is the `Visual Training Session’, where candidates are exposed to real-life situations. We have an exclusive team to constantly upgrade the syllabus on latest security procedures and technologies.
They are trained towards Industrial Security, Public Safety, Physical Checking, Public Relations, Telephone etequitte, First Aid, Fire fighting, Handling latest security equipments and legal guidelines. The trainees would be specifically trained to suit the company they are being deployed. They are briefed on the Standard operating Procedures(SOPs)of the company, to acquaint with the working atmosphere. Stipend, Tea, Snacks and free Food during training is provided to boost and motivate the trainees.
The Field Operations is carried out by a structured team of perfectly coordinated group, working efficiently together to tackle the largest challenges. They possess vast experience in the operations. The areas are clearly divided and allotted to different field staff. They are equipped with mobile communication sets and are ever ready to attend any problems even during the odd hours. The client has the discretion to call any of them depending upon the gravity of the situation.
Additionally, we are maintaining a 24 hrs Control Room, equipped with state-of-the art security and surveillance equipment, from where all operations are monitored and controlled. We have adequate infrastructure to mobilize and place manpower in large numbers to control emergencies and hostile situations
A. Pre Deployment :
A comprehensive pre-deployment security survey of the entire area would be conducted by our eminent professionals with vast experience on security and safety aspects. The report would consist of the security set up required, security gadgets and equipments, fire safety requirements, existing lapses and recommendations.
We also supply Security Gadgets, like Metal Detectors and Equipments like Access Control System, CCTV, Fire & Gas Detection System, Burglar Alarm etc.
B. Post Deployment:
Immediately after take over, our professionals would conduct a Post-deployment Survey and prepare SOPs for each posts. Existing Lapses and corrective implementations would be intimated in this survey. Our team of officers and managers would frequently meet you to ensure your satisfaction and initiate corrective measures if any, without delay. Regular night checks are conducted to ensure vigil and alert. Pro-active reports would be provided to you, in case there is any change in the security environment, so that preventive measures could be implemented.
